Job Description:


Upperkuts Boxing Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive membership growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for fitness.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage our sales team to achieve membership sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales associates, improving their sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Resolve escalated member concerns or complaints, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional member experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role; experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Passionate about fitness and able to enthusiastically promote its benefits to prospective members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales tracking and customer relationship management software.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
